Amy is a happy girl...all my efforts paid off this week...with a 7.5 pound loss for the first week:) I am so excited!!! I should expect to lose 2-3 a week from this point on...so my goal is 4 for next week:) lol
so far so good...half way thru the weekend...no issues...breakdowns...etc....Blake had donuts and Norm had subway....I had my cookies:)
Tonight we will be going to Fridays since we have a gift card...so it will be my first time to eat out and make choices on a menu:)
More later.....in case you guys didn't know...I have the most amazing husband in the world!!!!
