Day 3

GREAT day!!!! The Oatmeal cookies are GREAT....really!!!! I love Oatmeal so today was a treat!
Tonight: same salad as last night!!!! I truly love grilled ck!

I noticed that again tonight...I want to snack...I am literally not hungry...just WANT to snack!!! lol....so I am typing this and heading out to Norm's softball game:) I wonder how much I was snacking without even realizing it...just grazing through the kitchen etc???

so far the first 3 days have really not been bad at all.....the day time routine is not hard....its the night time....but I will fight thru it.....my investment now is too great....I am ready to see the return:) I am ready to be HOT....lol!!!!
