I am sooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!! Today I weighed in....lost 4.5lbs this week for a total weight loss of 30.5 POUNDS!!!!! SO I met my goal.....my 2 month goal was 30lbs by Jan 3......I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and the wonderful thing is....I PIGGED OUT CHRISTMAS and enjoyed my holiday!!!!!!!
I am expecting to be really hot by March!!!! lol I love you Norm...I couldn't do any of this without your support and love!

DEC 13th WEIGH IN

post Thanksgiving.....weigh in
one month and three days.....total weight loss is 19.5...I am so excited!!!!! GO back on the 13th.....we are one month away from my goal...and have 11 lbs to go to meet the first goal....and it will be a huge celebration!!!!!!! (yes I did take the whole day off Thanksgiving-had 2 pieces of Chocolate Cake & cherry pie too!!!!)
